Multiplex cinemas Cinestar decided to redesign part of a website dedicated to a special type of their customers – companies buying vouchers, conference organizers, firms doing product presentations and private film screenings. In Cinestar, they had the idea of how the site should look like right from the beginning. But we wanted to start with their customers. We focused on their jobs, pains, and gains in Human Centered Design workshop and came up with solutions for them.
