Publication New Media connects print with new media in one project. I experimented with UX design of a book and used some web approaches in its structure.The book consists of short essays from authors like Hakim Bay, Geert Lovink or Buckminster Fuller describing beginnings of the internet, computational art, mass media and ethics connected to the subject. I marked all unknown phrases in the book and created a website for them. So the reader can use them as a hyperlink to the subject. Each article has a scrollbar for orientation in a text length. Footnotes are incorporated into the text and highlighted by blue color. ZXX font, used for some headlines is unreadable by text scanning software. Images from Google maps illustrate the topic of surveillance.
